The purpose of the Forever Magpies Lottery is to raise funds for the continued development of Harleston Magpies Hockey Club with the added benefit of offering prize monies to subscribers.
The draw will take place on the second Saturday of each month with the following allocated to each prize:
1st Prize = 15% of the monthly fund
2nd Prize = 10% of the monthly fund
3rd Prize = 5% of the monthly fund
The greater the number of tickets sold, the greater the prize money. For example:
100 tickets sold = 1st prize £75
500 tickets sold = 1st prize £375
HOW TO JOIN
The Forever Magpies Lottery is open to anyone who is over 18 years of age.
Each number purchased is £5 each month. You can buy as many numbers as you wish.
You will need to complete an application form - click the link below:

Next you need to set up a standing order directly with your bank. This should be set up for the 28th day of the month. CLICK HERE for the details you will need.
Your permanent lottery number(s) will then be notified to you.
Your number(s) will be entered into the monthly prize draw in the month following your first payment.
The draw will take place on the 2nd Saturday of every month.

PLEASE HELP US BY JOINING ELECTRONICALLY:
Managing the Forever Magpies Lottery electronically significantly reduces administration time.
However, if you do not wish to join using the electronic system, you can complete a paper application which can be handed to the Lottery Promoter in person or posted (see address below).
Application forms are available from the Clubhouse or by email to lotteryadmin@magpies-hockey.co.uk. You will then need to set up a standing order directly with your bank. Alternatively, you can pay by cheque annually (payable to Harleston Magpies Hockey Club Limited Lottery Account), sending both the cheque and completed application form by post to: Forever Magpies Lottery, Harleston Magpies Hockey Club, Clubhouse and Ground, Shotford Heath, Weybread, Diss IP21 5UF or handing them directly to the Lottery Promoter.
