2025/2026 Member Registration

For the 2025/26 season all members details are to be recorded on the Teamo system

 New members should register by Clicking Here

1. If you an Adult Player (i.e. over 18) select the 'Adult Registration Form' (NB - if you have a child/children to register – you will be able to do this once your registration has been approved by the Membership Team – please do not register them at this stage). Each adult in your family should register separately. If you are registering for Stroller Membership please mention in the ‘request message’ box at the end of the process.

2. If you are registering as an Associate, Social or Honorary Life Member select the 'Adult Registration Form' and when prompted select the ‘Non Playing’ Category and mention the membership category you are applying for in the ‘request message’ box at the end of the process.

3. If you are a Parent/Guardian of an under 18 (or more than one) and are not also a Player select ‘Junior Registration Form’. NB - Under 18s must ask a Parent/Guardian to register.

Note - As a Parent/Guardian of an U18 you will be asked to enter your own information first in 'My Profile', you will then be asked to enter your child/childrens information. The system asks for the child's phone number and email address (this is optional - only complete these if you wish them to have their own account - in addition to yours). Parents may consider only doing this for older children. If you do you will receive all info that is sent to your child but their phone number/email address will not be visible to other members. 

i) Once the registration is completed, you will be placed in a Waiting Room prior to approval by the Membership Team.

ii) We will be allocating a membership category (based on age) to all members in advance of issuing invoices for the annual subscription in Mid August. If you believe you qualify for a Concessionary or Occasional Adult Playing Membership please Message Eliza Bolton in confidence.

iii) Registering on Teamo is separate to England Hockey's registration requirements on GMS.
